Rather than offering simple binaries, Dominion creates space for reflection on our shared vulnerabilities. Are humans the conquerors of the natural world, or are we increasingly shaped—physically, emotionally, and politically—by the very forces we attempt to control? Does humanity exist outside of nature, or are we inextricable from it and simply acting against our own best interest?

Dominion calls us to step into discomfort, to consider the consequences of imbalance, and ultimately to interrogate what it means to live in relationship—with land, with other species, and with one another.
